Guided Roots Counseling is an entirely virtual counseling practice serving adults in Massachusetts. We are currently offering online substance use counseling for adults as well as DOT SAP services for employees in safety-sensitive positions.

Our mission lies in providing quality, accessible counseling services that are person-centered, strength-based, and individualized to meet one's own individual needs.

Whether you suspect you may have a drinking problem, have been struggling with addiction for years, or are just looking to get back to work after a failed drug test, we can help you reach your goal.

Our Services

Drug & Alcohol Counseling (Virtual)

We provide virtual substance use counseling that is supportive, evidence-based, and individualized to meet you where you are at in your recovery journey.

Self-Pay and Insurance options available. We accept most private health insurance pans.

Department of Transportation (DOT)

SAP Evaluations (Virtual)

DOT-SAP services & evaluations for employees in safety-sensitive positions covered under DOT testing regulation 49 CFR Part 40 (FMCSA, FAA, FRA, FTA, PHMSA, USCG).

Evaluations include initial and following-up evaluation, treatment plan, case consultation, employer reports, and follow-up testing plan.
